Squiggle DAO finished setting up 2 legal entities in the Cayman Islands.
1. The foundation separates the 'entities' from the members.
2. The subsidiary allows holding of the treasury.
Began setting up BVI entity required for issuing the Squiggle DAO NFT.
Keep an eye for the updated SquiggleDAO website within the next 2 weeks.
Town Halls will be moved to Twitter Spaces starting March 28th.
We were happy to host Lore in our Town Hall. Lore’s tools provide shared NFT vault management.
