After many months in the making, we were thrilled to finally reveal the artwork that will represent our new NFT Membership created by artist Perchy.
Perchy, did a phenomenal job telling the story of Squiggles, the DAO, and including so many great influences. You can get a full breakdown and deep dive into the various details/ easter eggs by watching our video breakdown on YouTube.
With regards to our swap to NFT Membership. The best place to get the latest updates in by visiting our discord community.
We are also excited to announce that the official release date for the membership NFT swap is Thursday August 10th at 10am PST.
Reminder, please be careful with any links. There is also NO RUSH, the minting website will be open and available indefinitely. There is no time limit to swap your SQUIG tokens for the NFT Membership.

A LOT of Squiggles minted as of late
Since our last issue, there have been 141 total Squiggles minted!
They came in 3 batches. A batch of 81 (5 to the DAO and to various people/organizations), 10 (to FlamingoDAO), and 50 (to the Art Blocks community).
The first batch of 81 Squiggles:
There were 52 Normals, 15 Slinkies, 8 Fuzzies, 4 Ribbeds, 1 Pipe and 1 Perfect Spectrum (more on that one later 👀).
Our resident Squiggle expert NiftyFifty broke down some highlights of this batch in a Twitter thread. Read it here.
These 5 were minted to SquiggleDAO.
The second batch of 10 Squiggles:
These ones went to @FLAMINGODAO and included 6 Normals, 1 Slinky, 2 Ribbeds and 1 Bold.
The last batch of 50 Squiggles:
These went to the Art Blocks Discord community and included 29 Normals, 1 Slinky, 11 Fuzzies, 4 Ribbeds, 3 Bolds, 1 Pipe and 1 Full Spectrum!
It was great to see tons of early contributors and important people in the Art Blocks community be rewarded. Check out the full breakdown by Nifty Fifty here.
This brings the total Squiggles minted to 9,932/10,000. Leaving only 62 Squiggles left to be minted… We know the final Squiggle (#9,999) will be going to LACMA. It is TBA for the rest.
New Perfect Spectrum minted
As part of the recent mints, Squiggle #9810, a new Perfect Spectrum was born
This is just the 23rd Perfect Spectrum. Within those, there are 19 Normals, 3 Ribbeds and 1 Bold.
It was exciting to see this one be minted to the good people at Glitch Marfa!
As you might remember from our last issue, Squiggle #1780 was auctioned as part of Sotheby’s Grails auction series and went for $635,000 USD (including buyers premium). Not a bad mint for the great people at Glitch!
SquiggleDAO Podcast Coming Soon!
The community has been talking about this for a long time and we are excited to finally bring this idea to life. The podcast will be co-hosted by core team member NiftyFifty and prominent community member/ seasoned podcast host Jared Poz
Stay tuned for when we release our confirmed guests. We have an absolutely stacked lineup of people we can’t wait to dive into Squiggles with. We will also be bringing members from our community on the podcast as well.

SDGP-001 Foundation Ratification
This proposal formally recognizes the Squiggle Foundation (the Foundation) and its subsidiaries, Squiggle Labs and Squiggle Corp., as supporting the foundation.

This proposal implements SDIP-35 in full, mint the membership NFTs (the Tokens) through Squiggle Corp, and approves the distribution of the Tokens pursuant to the allocation plan.

Squiggle Market Update
This week's Squiggle market update includes the BIG item of 50 new Squiggles minted to the Art Blocks community last week, some highlighted pieces, strong week in terms of numbers, and some high-end sales.
A very strong week with 26 sales and 377 ETH in volume. Worth mentioning that only 4 of those 26 sales were sellers that accepted a bid offer (this was closer to 50-50 a few weeks ago).
